New starts a new profile from data. Select the name of a data file to fit. For polarized data with a,b,c,d cross sections, select one of the cross sections and the program will find the others. Use the gj2 ps command to restrict the subset which you are working with.
Open changes to an existing fit file.
Save/Save as saves the fit file. Save frequently as different names when you start to get good fits.
Data selects a new data set to fit, using the current layer profile. There is no support for fitting multiple profiles simultaneously.
Export saves the reflectivity profile or layer profile. This is not presently implemented. Use the appropriate gj2/mlayer command for now.
Save and exit/Quit without saving exits the program.
