Participants are invited to register for the conference online, using the electronic registration form.
After the electronic registration, the participant will obtain a registration number via e-mail. This number should be used when submitting abstracts/papers and in any further correspondence.
The conference fee includes the book of abstracts, conference proceedings, welcome reception, lunches, coffee, and conference luau dinner.
The conference fee is reduced by $100 if paid by June 1, 2006.
The conference fee for each accompanying person includes the welcome reception, lunches, and coffee.
