CHRNS Education & Outreach Programs

A focus on visual instructional materials is important to appeal to a wide range of people. As such, CHRNS has produced and/or uses a series of videos that can appeal the range of audiences from elementary school students to members of our scientific community.

Videos for Grade School Students

The following videos are informational videos for students that are pertinant to the goals of the NCNR and given at a level anyone can understand.

• Chain Reaction - An NCNR associate explaining the concept of chain reactions in relation nuclear fission.
• The Periodic Table - A series of videos produced by the university of Nottingham, this series offers a separate video for each element of the periodic table, including stories, sample and experiments.
