Programs for University Students
CHRNS and the NCNR offer educational activities for graduate and undergraduate students interested in learning about neutron scattering techniques. The CHRNS/NCNR Summer School provides students with a week of hand-on training and lectures on neutron scattering. We also offer during the year one day tutorials for graduate and undergraduate students.
The Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship offers undergraduates the opportunity to do research during the summer under the mentoring of one of the NCNR staff members. This program introduces students to the world of research while learning neutron scattering techniques.
Our staff offer tours, presentations at universities, they teach and participate in special topic classes at universities and offer web classes.
For questions on any of these programs please contact Yamali Hernandez.
