Sample in the Sample Chamber
The sample table is at the desired height
The temperature controller (if in use) is connected to the DCS computer
Sample Environment conditions OK
Mask(s) installed
Collimator raised and oscillating
Local shutter is open
Sequence is defined
Choppers are phased correctly
